The purpose of these General Conditions of Use of the website and mobile app is to regulate both the provision of information and the commercial relationships that may arise between REVOPIC and users of the website and mobile app. Anyone who accesses or uses this website and application will be considered a User. Both browsing and/or using any of the services imply full and unconditional acceptance of all of these General Conditions of Use that govern the provision of services offered on the website and mobile app. If you do not accept the clauses set out in this Legal Notice, the user must refrain from accessing and/or using the services and/or content made available on the website and mobile app, and must leave it, not being able to access or use the services it offers. The terms of the website and mobile app shall be interpreted and governed by Spanish law.

These conditions are in accordance with the Internal Code of Ethics and Conduct of REVOPIC, which defines its behavior and commitment to comply with what is established in it in relation to one or more business practices or economic sectors.

For any legal issues arising from the existence, access, use, or content of the General Conditions of Use of the website and mobile app, both the Customer and REVOPIC, with explicit waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Pamplona (Navarra).

Security

This Website and mobile app are implemented with technical cybersecurity measures to ensure security in the transmission of data between your browser and our website and mobile app.
